This is the REAL Inflation – Prepping

Prepping: Thank you for watching my prepping videos where I show you Prepper Pantry ideas. In recent years, grocery prices have been on the rise, causing many consumers to rethink their shopping habits and seek alternative ways to obtain their necessary provisions. The COVID-19 pandemic has only exacerbated this issue, leading to food shortages in many parts of the world. As a result, the concept of prepping and building a prepper pantry has become more prevalent.

Prepping, or preparing for potential emergencies, has always been a part of human nature. However, with the current state of the world, many individuals have become more serious about taking steps to ensure their family’s survival in case of a disaster. One of the most important aspects of prepping is having a well-stocked pantry.

A prepper pantry is essentially a stockpile of food and supplies that can sustain a household for an extended period of time. This can include canned goods, dried fruits and vegetables, grains, and other non-perishable items. The idea behind a prepper pantry is to have enough food to last until the next harvest or until normal food supplies are restored. However, building a prepper pantry requires some prepping of its own.

PREPPING AND PREPPER PANTRY
The first step in building a prepper pantry is to take an inventory of your current food supplies. This will help you determine what items you need to stock up on and what items you can do without. It is also important to consider the shelf life of the items you are purchasing. You want to make sure that you are buying foods that have a long shelf life so that they can be stored for an extended period of time.

One of the most popular items for a prepper pantry is canned goods. Canned foods have a long shelf life and can be stored for several years. Items like canned fruits, vegetables, and meats are great options for a prepper pantry. It is also important to stock up on canned soups, broths, and other items that can be used as the base for a meal. Additionally, it is a good idea to include some comfort foods in your prepper pantry, such as chocolate or other sweets, to help boost morale in a crisis situation.

PREPPER PANTRY
In addition to canned goods, it is important to include grains and other dry goods in your prepper pantry. Items like rice, beans, and pasta are great staples to have on hand. These items can be used as a base for many different meals and can help stretch out your food supply. It is also a good idea to include some spices and seasonings in your prepper pantry, as these can help add flavor to your meals and make them more enjoyable.

Another consideration when building a prepper pantry is water. It is important to have a supply of clean, fresh water on hand in case of an emergency. Many preppers recommend storing at least one gallon of water per person per day. In addition to storing water, it is also important to have a way to purify water in case your supply runs out.

In conclusion, the rise in grocery prices and the possibility of food shortages has caused many individuals to consider prepping and building a prepper pantry. Prepping is a way to ensure that you and your family have enough food and supplies to last through an emergency situation. Building a prepper pantry requires careful consideration of the items you need to stock up on, including canned goods, dry goods, and water. While some may view prepping as unnecessary,

Prepping videos that I have made I show you how I buy food I like, to build my preps. Prepping for beginners I recommend you make a list of everything you buy if you are new to this concept. Put a checkmark beside the items you ate. This way you will know what you like and know what to keep buying for your preps. If the food never gets a checkmark, then stop buying it and put your resources to something you will actually like to eat. This also gives others a chance to buy the food you did not eat or like. Not everyone can stock up the way they’d like to due to limited finances. If you are in a difficult financial situation like more bills than money, please consider applying to your local food pantry. There is no shame in asking for help to make ends meet.

PREPPING
In this day and age prepping is so important because you really don’t know what the future holds. All you can do is prepare for whatever might happen. Have your pantry ready for anything, just in case. If you end up having more supplies than you need, that’s a good situation to be in because it lets you help friends, family and neighbors that might need some help. These are uncertain times. But you can be certain to plan, prepare and get stocked on essentials.
