This is episode 1 of Sundays With StieveO. Join Greg of Fuel Fire Social as he interacts with StieveO, a homeless man he befriended. It’s a real-life adventure with many twists and turns along the way, and through it all there is the theme of hope. In this episode, Greg asks StieveO a followup question from a prior Sunday when StieveO helped to distribute gift packs to the homeless. “What can I do to help? What food can I give?”
We as a community can comfort them by providing food and clothing, and “pop top” canned goods (no can opener needed) and drink flavor packets to mix in their water. And most of all, true and meaningful friendship, but even when they lose their homeless camp or shelter, the Holy Spirit can comfort them and blanket them in the Word of Christ.
We currently have a gofundme campaign to establish a concrete memorial picnic table at Sailor Bar, Fair Oaks, CA, in memory of David Charles Wilson, homeless resident and friend to many.
