This week on An American Homestead. The new outdoor kitchen is up and operational and we are busy canning this years harvest. Plus, Air Conditioning. could you live without it? For us, we have lived without AC for over three years.
Also we visit a local peach orchard called peach pickin paradise and bring home about 2 bushels for Jaimie to can into Jam and other goodies.
For the last 3 years, we have been water bath and pressure canning over a wood fire. It can be done!
