More than 18 months since the start of the pandemic, many workers and business owners are still finding it difficult to access support, an issue quickly becoming critical, as outbreaks shut down major population centres.
Stopping the spread means temporarily stopping commerce, and supporting casual and vulnerable workers to isolate when needed.
