Perennial herbs are wonderful! You plant them once and you get herbs for years with almost no work. The only difficulty occurs when you like a particular herb that is not suited to your climate. Many people solve this problem by growing them in pots, and moving the pots inside when it gets cold, but I prefer to leave them outside and trick them into thinking that they are somewhere a little further south. Have a watch to see the results that I got by doing this with my rosemary last winter .
